Returns Policy
ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL
Once a buyer takes legal possession of a firearm from the receiving FFL, the firearm cannot be returned. OGW policy is to comply strictly with individual state laws. No Exceptions.
If a firearm is returned to us from a receiving FFL because of a failed buyer background check, the return shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
You may return most new, unopened, non-gun items within 15 days of delivery for store credit in full, or a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
