Once a buyer takes legal possession of a firearm from the receiving FFL, the firearm cannot be returned. OGW policy is to comply strictly with individual state laws. No Exceptions.
If a firearm is returned to us from a receiving FFL because of a failed buyer background check, the return shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
You may return most new, unopened, non-gun items within 15 days of delivery for store credit in full, or a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Purchasing Firearms Online: A Legal Overview
When purchasing firearms online:
It's your responsibility know local state and federal regulations. Certain states require certain restrictions pretaining to firearm or ammunition purchasing. By law, all firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Direct shipment to your home address is not permitted. Once you've ordered a firearm and it's arrived at the FFL of your choice, you must fill out a 4473 (Firearm Transaction Record).
Online Firearm Purchases:
The FFL dealers typically charge a fee, ranging from $25 to $55, to facilitate a transfered for a serilized item.
FFL Transfers:
We accept transfers from other dealers for a transfer fee of $40 per serialized non-NFA items, $100 per serial number for NFA Silencer transfers, and $150 per serial number for NFA Short Barrel Rifle Transfers.
If you are looking to have a firearm transferred to our location for pick up, please have the shipping FFL Dealer send an email to Sales@OKGunWorks.com with the following info:
- Customer name
- Items being shipped
- Valid and current FFL Certificate
We will reply to their email with a copy of our FFL certificate that they will need to complete the shipment.
When your item arrives, we will contact you to let you know that it is ready for pick up.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning except as expressly described below. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
1. SPONSOR
The giveaway is sponsored by OK Gun Works (“Sponsor”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, or any other social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, as of the date of entry.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements or violates these Official Rules.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The giveaway begins on TBD at TBD and ends on 24hrs after (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period are void.
4. HOW TO ENTER
A. Free Method of Entry
To enter without making a purchase, send a handwritten entry on a plain piece of paper containing your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and the statement: “I agree to the Official Giveaway Rules.” Item must arrive in time before closing entries

Each mailed entry must be postmarked and received by closing entries. Limit one free entry per person per envelope. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, incomplete, illegible, or late entries are void.
B. Purchase Method of Entry
During the Giveaway Period, each qualifying purchased from the Sponsor will automatically count as one entry into the giveaway. For example, purchasing five will result in five entries.
Purchases must be completed during the Giveaway Period and must be made through an authorized Sponsor sales channel. Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, or otherwise invalid purchases will not qualify. The Sponsor may require proof of purchase.
A purchase is not required to enter or win, and making a purchase does not guarantee that an entrant will win.
5. ENTRY LIMITS
There is no limit on the number of entries obtained through qualifying purchases, subject to the terms above. Each eligible person may submit no more than one free entry per day during the Giveaway Period, unless prohibited by applicable law.
Entries generated by automated, script, bot, or other unauthorized means are void. Any attempt to obtain entries through fraud, deception, or manipulation may result in disqualification.
6. PRIZE
One winner will receive:

The prize is nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
7. RANDOM DRAWING
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted 24hours after closing by the Sponsor or an independent judging organization. A Random Number generator will be used. Request proof of this can be email to any contestant when request.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected, regardless of whether it was obtained through the free method or a qualifying purchase.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified by email, telephone, direct message, or mail using the contact information provided at entry. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found ineligible, refuses the prize, or fails to provide required documents, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, photograph, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. If the giveaway is terminated, the Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before termination.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged, stolen, or undeliverable entries; technical failures; network or website interruptions; unauthorized access; or any other error or problem that may occur in connection with the giveaway.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding, and agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. PRIVACY
