HUXWRX Flow 9k Ti
The HUXWRX Flow 9k Ti is HUXWRX's first fully 3D-printed pistol suppressor and the evolution of the RAD 9, built lighter, quieter, and more efficient than its predecessor. Constructed entirely from Grade 5 titanium using DMLS 3D printing, it weighs 4.8 oz without the booster assembly and 8.9 oz with the included 1/2x28 booster assembly installed. It measures 5.33 inches in length, 1.47 inches in diameter, and adds 5.25 inches to barrel length with the booster assembly. Caliber rated for 9mm, .22 LR, 17 HMR, 5.7x28, 300 Blackout subsonic and supersonic, and 350 Legend with no barrel length restrictions. Full-auto rated for 300 Blackout only. No modifications to the platform or gas system are required to install or operate this suppressor.
What Makes the HUXWRX Flow 9k Ti Different
The Flow 9k Ti uses a fundamentally different gas-management principle than traditional baffle suppressors. Conventional 9mm suppressors trap gas inside the suppressor and redirect it rearward into the host firearm's action, increasing bolt velocity, accelerating component wear, and forcing gas blowback toward the shooter. On tilting-barrel handguns like the Glock or M&P series, this back-pressure manifests as increased felt recoil, dirty gas in the shooter's face, and reliability issues at the margins.
HUXWRX's hybridized Flow-Through technology for the 9k Ti directs gas forward and out the front of the suppressor rather than back into the action. The result is a bolt carrier velocity impact of minus 2 to 5 percent over an unsuppressed baseline, a cycling feel nearly identical to running without a can, and substantially reduced blowback to the shooter. No buffer swap. No spring change. No timing adjustments required.
The suppressor body is DMLS 3D-printed from Grade 5 titanium as a single-piece structure, enabling the internal flow channel geometry that makes this technology possible. The enhanced GeoFlash Cap features extended lugs designed for fast, tool-free installation and removal on pistol hosts, without the grip-clearance constraints of rifle suppressors. The booster assembly ships with a 1/2x28 piston for tilting-barrel handguns and can be reconfigured with a fixed barrel spacer for PCC and fixed-barrel hosts.
